Troubleshooting:

• Things break (but you already knew that).  Troubleshooting is one of my talents.

• I have been healing sick Computers my entire career.  They get "sick" for a variety of reasons ranging from hardware failure to bad software updates to opening a poisoned email to operator error, etc.

Computer Hardware Planning and Installs.

• Find you the right system for your requirements, budget and site limitations (if any). 

 
Computer Software Planning and Installs:

• Get you the right applications and security software that meet your requirements.  Again, you can either buy the software from me or buy it yourself. You can also choose to install it yourself or have me do it.  And regardless, REMEMBER TO DO YOUR BACKUPS. Of course I can provide you that too.

 
Network Planning and Installs:

• Get you the right network provider for your needs (the choices are limited – AT&T, Comcast, Sonic, depending on what’s available at your location).  It also gets you a site evaluation to look for potential problems. These days the equipment supplied by the provider is usually a gateway - a combination modem, router, and Wifi.

 
Ongoing Maintenance:

• All of the above systems will require some sort of maintenance to keep your systems healthy and up and running.
